Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Body Forge, the fitness and nutrition mobile app marketed at fueltheforge.app ("Fuel the Forge"), and related services operated by the publisher of that website ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Body Forge, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Body Forge provides workout tracking, nutrition logging, progress tools, optional AI coaching features, optional ForgeChef AI meal generation from ingredient photos (BodyForge Pro), and optional integrations such as Health Connect and Google Sign-In. The app is distributed on Google Play under the Android package name app.fueltheforge. An iOS build, when available, uses the bundle identifier com.fueltheforge.bodyforge.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Body Forge may use privacy-safe analytics tools to monitor app performance, improve features, and understand general app usage, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Body Forge. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that use of the app complies with laws that apply to you, including health and safety rules in your jurisdiction.

BodyForge Pro subscriptions

BodyForge Pro (also referred to as Body Forge Premium in the app and store listings) unlocks paid features such as advanced coaching, nutrition tools, ForgeChef AI meal generation, and other Pro capabilities described in the app.

Body Forge does not have a free mode. BodyForge Pro access is required to use the app.

Subscription and lifetime-purchase prices are displayed in the app in your local store currency before purchase. Prices may vary by country, platform and app-store pricing rules.

Depending on your platform and region, you may obtain BodyForge Pro access through:

• Monthly subscription — recurring subscription, billed monthly
• Yearly subscription — recurring subscription, billed annually
• Lifetime purchase — one-time purchase where offered in the app store through which you download Body Forge
• Restore purchases — if you already have an active store purchase on your account
• Eligible ForgeClub access — Android only, where offered (see ForgeClub access codes below)

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android). We use RevenueCat to verify entitlements in the app. We do not receive or store your payment card or bank details.

The app store through which you made or will make a purchase displays the price, billing period, and renewal terms before you confirm. That purchase sheet is the authoritative source for what you will be charged.

Free trial

A free trial may be available to eligible new subscribers where shown in the app and confirmed in the Google Play or App Store purchase sheet. Trial availability and duration may vary by product, platform, country and account eligibility.

If a trial applies to your purchase, the applicable store will show the trial terms, including when billing begins, before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the trial ends through the app store account you used to subscribe, you may be charged for the subscription at the end of the trial at the then-current price shown in that store.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and Yearly BodyForge Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel through the app store account you used to subscribe. The applicable store may charge your account within a short period before the current period ends unless auto-renew is turned off in that store's subscription settings.

Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods in accordance with applicable app store policies. Where required, the relevant store will notify you and obtain your consent before charging a new price.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the app store through which you subscribed:

• iOS (App Store): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Body Forge → Cancel
• Android (Google Play): Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Body Forge → Cancel, or manage subscriptions for app.fueltheforge

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will normally keep Pro access until the end of the current paid or trial period already in progress, unless the applicable store states otherwise. Cancelling does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Deleting the app or signing out of Google Sign-In does not cancel a subscription. Uninstalling does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

Refunds

All payments are handled by the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android). Refund requests are subject to that store's refund policies and applicable law.

• For subscription charges on iOS, contact Apple support or request a refund through your Apple purchase history where eligible.
• For subscription charges on Android, contact Google Play support or request a refund through your Play purchase history where eligible.
• We do not process card refunds directly because we never receive your payment details.
• If you believe you were charged in error after cancelling, check that the subscription is cancelled in the app store account you used, then contact that store or email us at support@fueltheforge.app so we can help verify entitlement status.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.

ForgeClub access codes

ForgeClub is available on Android only. It is an optional programme that lets eligible users unlock BodyForge Pro with a code supplied by a gym, partner, or promotion.

• You must sign in with Google before redeeming a ForgeClub code.
• Codes are single-use or time-limited as configured by the issuer. We may revoke access if a code is abused, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
• ForgeClub access is an entitlement to Pro features in the app on Android; it is not a transfer of ownership and does not replace Google Play billing for separately purchased subscriptions unless we state otherwise.
• ForgeClub does not grant access to third-party gym memberships or services outside Body Forge.

Google Sign-In and your account

Google Sign-In is optional. If you use it, you agree that we may associate your Google user ID with subscription status (via RevenueCat) and ForgeClub entitlements as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use and for activity under your device. Sign out in Settings if others use your phone.

Google Sign-In is subject to Google's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Body Forge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent paywalls, ForgeClub validation, or subscription checks.
• Share, sell, or bulk-generate ForgeClub codes without authorisation.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, harass others, or misuse AI features (including ForgeChef and the AI Coach) to generate abusive or illegal content.
• Scrape or overload our APIs (including bodyforge.onrender.com) beyond normal app use.

We may suspend or revoke access, including ForgeClub entitlements, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Body Forge is for general fitness and wellness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI coach responses, ForgeChef meal suggestions, meal estimates, workout suggestions, and progress insights may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• You use workouts, nutrition targets, and AI guidance at your own risk.

Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS) reflect data from third-party sources; we do not verify clinical accuracy of that data.

Intellectual property

Body Forge, the Fuel the Forge brand, logos, app design, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create in the app (for example workout logs and diary entries). You grant us no licence to that local content beyond what is needed to operate features you choose to use (such as sending text or images to OpenAI when cloud AI or ForgeChef is enabled).

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations, or that AI, ForgeChef, or nutrition estimates will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Body Forge.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for BodyForge Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) £10, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Third-party services

The app integrates with third parties including Google Sign-In, Google Firebase Analytics, Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Open Food Facts, OpenAI (when enabled), and Health Connect (Android). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when we change features, pricing display, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

Disputes should first be raised with us at support@fueltheforge.app. Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
